The Register of Professional Online Media on Time.mk

The Association of Journalists of Macedonia (AJM), the Council for Media Ethics of Macedonia (SEMM) and Time.mk inform the public that the online media, part of the Register of Professional Online Media – Promedia.mk from now on will be clearly assigned on the aggregator Time.mk (https: //time.mk/blue).

With this approach, Time.mk joins the efforts for self-regulation of the two journalistic organizations in attempt to recognize the professional and ethical online media.

The self-regulation of the media space with this approach receives new quality, a step towards professionalization of the online sphere, as one of the tools to increase media literacy in the country, but also to protect citizens from information that is not processed according to the Code of Journalism and standards for journalistic profession. The process of joining the Registry remains further open to the media that meet the criteria listed at the SEMM website: https://www.semm.mk/chlenstvo/pravila-za-chlenstvo
