Journalist Bozinovski gave his testimony before the investigating judge

Journalist Zoran Bozinovski today testified before the investigating judge based on the request for an investigation filed by the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption in September 2013.

As we were informed by his lawyers, hired by AJM Bozinovski in his staatement categorically denied all allegations that he committed any of the crimes that he is accused for.

He laid out the reasons why he considers that the prosecution does not have any evidence that could confirm the allegations made in the request for an investigation. The case of Bozinovski is still in the phase of investigation.

Upon completion of the questioning, the defense filed a motion for revocation of detention.
